Platform Administration Overview

The Administration Console is restricted to users with the superadmin role. It provides the controls needed to customize deal creation questionnaires, connect workflow stages to central Cashy deal status triggers, and configure multi-branch store parameters.

1. Deal Wizard Builder

Create, duplicate, edit, and publish dynamic multi-step valuation forms tailored to specific product categories (e.g. smartphones vs. luxury watches) and scoped globally or to individual branches.

2. Organisation Settings

• Deal Checkpoints: Map central Cashy deal status triggers to dynamic wizard step completion buttons and Kanban stages.
• Business Areas: Establish high-level operational groupings for inventory categories.
• Branch Colors: Configure visual badge colors for European store locations.
