Concepts & Architecture¶
This section provides architectural explanations of Cashy-Hub's operational workflows, business rules, and regulatory models, and how they connect to the central Cashy system.
Architectural Foundation¶
Cashy-Hub operates on a two-tier architectural model: - Operational Counter Layer (Cashy-Hub): The responsive front-end workspace used by counter operators and store managers to conduct deal intake, complete dynamic appraisal forms, manage the visual Kanban pipeline, and perform daily till reconciliations. - Authoritative Business Core (Central Cashy System): The central system that executes statutory fee calculations, maintains master contract states and customer KYC registries, stores dynamic form schemas, and logs regulatory cashbook entries.

1. Collateral Loan Lifecycle¶
Understand how pawn contracts advance across authoritative states: from initial deal creation, research, and valuation, to payout disbursement, vault storage, contract extension, and redemption in the central Cashy system.
2. Fee Calculation Model¶
Examine how statutory interest rates, storage fees, duration limits, and redemption totals are computed live by the central Cashy pricing engine under Austrian and German pawnbroking trade acts.
3. Dynamic Wizard Engine¶
Learn how category appraisal schemas are built by administrators, stored in the central system, and rendered dynamically into validated questionnaires during store deal creation.
4. Dual-Drawer Cash Architecture¶
Explore the regulatory accounting model that separates the active desk register (Kassa) from the store vault (Reserve), and how daily denomination audits sync with central branch accounting.
