How to Create an Outright Purchase Deal (Ankauf)

Purpose

This guide details the procedure for purchasing pre-owned inventory directly from a customer (Direktankauf / Sofortankauf) in Cashy-Hub, transferring immediate legal ownership to CASHY without establishing a pawn loan obligation.

Key Differences: Purchase vs Pawn Deal

Step-by-Step Purchase Deal Creation Procedure

Step 1: Open Wizard & Toggle Deal Type

  1. Click Create a Deal in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the Deal Wizard top action bar (next to the stepper), click the DEAL TYPE toggle and switch from Pawn to Purchase.
  3. Notice the following automatic UI adaptations:
  4. Header subtitle updates to purchase acquisition.
  5. Primary action button updates to Create PURCHASE Deal.
  6. In Section 2 (Deal Metadata), the Pawn Duration (days) input is locked to 0 days, and the due date calculation is disabled.

Step 2: Customer KYC Details (Section 1)

  1. Select Registered, Create New, or Guest:
  2. Guest: For walk-in sellers, only Email * is required.
  3. Registered: Search returning seller profiles; auto-populates saved identity and bank details.
  4. Create New: Enter legal First Name *, Last Name *, Email *, and Phone.

[!NOTE] European anti-fencing (Hehlerei) statutes require recording verified seller identification for all outright merchandise acquisitions.

Step 3: Merchandise Appraisal & Purchase Price (Section 3)

  1. Under Section 3 (Items), click + Add Item.
  2. Select the category from the hierarchical category tree.
  3. Item Title : Enter a clear product description (e.g. "Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Edition"*).
  4. Complete any dynamic category questions (cosmetic condition, storage, accessories included).
  5. Enter the **Market Value *** (€).
  6. Enter the **Payout *** (€) (represents the agreed purchase price paid to the seller).
  7. In the Deal Summary Sidebar, notice that monthly interest and storage fee calculations are completely omitted; only the Total Payout is displayed.

Step 4: Finalize Acquisition (Section 4 & Top Action Bar)

  1. In Section 4 (Transport & Payout):
  2. Transport Method *: Select Shop (counter handover) or Shipment.
  3. Preferred Payout Method *: Select Cash (store till), Bank Transfer (enter seller's verified IBAN), or Paypal.
  4. Review the right-hand Deal Summary panel to confirm the total payout.
  5. In the top action bar, click Create PURCHASE Deal.
  6. The system validates the acquisition parameters, registers the purchase agreement, and transitions the deal to Management Mode with an assigned Booking Number.
