Managing Workflow Steps in Wizard Builder

Purpose

This guide explains how administrators manage, reorder, and configure workflow stages using the Workflow Stages Panel inside the Deal Wizard Builder in Cashy-Hub.

1. Custom Steps Architecture

In Cashy-Hub, dynamic templates allow administrators to define custom appraisal and verification questionnaires that appear when an operator manages a deal for that category:

  • Step Tabs in Canvas: Custom steps (e.g. Step 1: Cosmetic Inspection, Step 2: Battery & Diagnostics, Step 3: Authenticity Verification) are displayed as tabs across the top of the center canvas.
  • Adding Custom Steps: Click + Add Step to create a new questionnaire stage.
  • Step Header Controls: Each step has an editable Title and Description configured in the WizardBuilderStepHeader.
  • Field Organization: Fields dropped into a step are organized into cards on that step's canvas.

2. Mapping Steps to Deal Checkpoints

Every custom step created in the template can be mapped directly to an organizational milestone in the Right Control Panel:

  1. In the right panel, navigate to the DEAL CHECKPOINTS section.
  2. For each step defined in your template, select a target checkpoint from the dropdown:
  3. None (Standard Step): The step is completed as an operational checklist without changing deal status.
  4. Specific Checkpoint (e.g. Appraisal Complete, Verified & Cleared, Vault Locked): Binds step completion to that business checkpoint.
  5. Runtime Effect: When a store operator completes and saves this step in Deal Wizard Management Mode, Cashy-Hub automatically updates the deal's central contract status in the central Cashy system and moves the card to the corresponding column on the Home Kanban board.
