This glossary establishes the definitive terminology for Cashy-Hub operations across Austrian, German, and international English business contexts.
B¶
Booking Number (Buchungsnummer)¶
The unique alphanumeric identifier (e.g. 091647) assigned to an active or archived deal contract. Displayed prominently on customer receipts and warehouse storage labels.
Business Area (Geschäftsbereich)¶
A high-level logical partition in Cashy-Hub grouping related merchandise categories (e.g. Automotive, Electronics, Luxury Goods, Jewelry).
C¶
CashBook (Kassabuch)¶
The statutory double-entry financial journal recording every physical currency movement and electronic disbursement within a store branch.
Central Cashy System (Cashy Kernsystem)¶
The foundational core backend, calculation engine, and master database that powers Cashy's operations. It serves as the authoritative source of truth for contract statuses, customer KYC records, compliance rules, and statutory fee calculations surfaced in Cashy-Hub.
Collateral Item (Pfandgegenstand)¶
The physical asset pledged by a customer as security for a loan. Remained vaulted until the loan is settled or forfeited.

Deal (Geschäftsvorgang)¶
The umbrella term for an individual commercial agreement executed in Cashy-Hub, encompassing both collateral pawn loans and outright retail purchases.
Deal Checkpoint (Status-Prüfpunkt)¶
A milestone configured within a dynamic wizard template that triggers central Cashy deal status updates upon step completion.
Deal Extension (Verlängerung)¶
A contractual rollover of an active pawn agreement. The customer settles accumulated fees and receives an extended due date under an updated child contract.
Deal Payback (Einlösung / Rückzahlung)¶
The full financial settlement of a loan principal and accrued interest/storage fees by the customer to retrieve their vaulted collateral.
Denomination Counter (Stückelungszählung)¶
The structured accounting tool in the CashBook used to audit physical Euro currency across all 15 bill and coin values.
K¶
Kassa (Handkasse)¶
The active front-desk cash register drawer used for day-to-day customer disbursements and repayments.
KYC (Know Your Customer)¶
Mandatory legal identity verification. Requires validating government-issued photo identification and recording date of birth, residential address, and tax/IBAN details.

Pawn Deal (Pfandleihe)¶
A regulated short-term secured loan agreement wherein Cashy advances capital against deposited personal property.
Purchase Deal (Ankauf)¶
An outright commercial acquisition of second-hand goods from a private individual with immediate liquidation.

Reserve (Tresorreserve)¶
The high-security store vault holding surplus cash reserves outside of the front-desk register drawer.

Storage Label (Lagerplatz-Etikett)¶
The physical barcode or alphanumeric label (e.g. BIN-A-042) assigned to a collateral item to locate it in store warehouse bins or security safes.

VIVI Engine¶
The automotive appraisal integration used during vehicle deal creation to determine market valuation and degradation curves based on VIN and mileage.
