This technical reference details the authoritative contract lifecycle state codes governed by the Central Cashy System, and explains how Cashy-Hub's Deal Checkpoints allow store teams to map these central statuses into visual counter pipeline stages.

RESEARCH Research Technical appraisal and condition grading underway.
PRICE_EVALUATION Price Evaluation Market value and payout ceiling computed.
VERIFICATION Verification Serial number verification, AML customer screening, ID check.
PAYOUT_PENDING Payout Ready Contract signed; awaiting cash disbursement or bank transfer.
PAYED_AND_STORED Active / Stored Funds disbursed to borrower; collateral securely locked in vault.
EXTENDED Extended Child deal contract created; parent deal archived.
OVERDUE Overdue Contract exceeded maturity date without extension or redemption.
PENDING_PAYBACK Pending Payback Payback calculation active in counter modal.
PAYBACK_CONFIRMED Payback Confirmed All funds collected; collateral unslotted and returned to owner.
DEFAULTED Defaulted Grace period expired; legal notice sent to borrower.
AUCTION Auction Collateral transferred to licensed auctioneer for liquidation.
